Angela has been trained in a variety of therapy treatment modalities, including Narrative Therapy, Solution Focused, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Systemic Theory, Emotionally Focused Therapy(EFT), Attachment Theory, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-informed therapy.
