Our approach

Angela likes to start by providing an emotional safe, compassionate and non-judgemental environment for people to be curious and reflect on their lives and their relationships.

When we can slow down and sift through our values and beliefs in a collaborative way, we often discover who we are and what kind of life and relationships we want to cultivate.
